Haylie Costello

Haylie grew up just outside of Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated with honors from Texas Christian University (TCU) in 2012 with her bachelor’s degree in communications and a Spanish minor. Her career has been diverse since then, ranging from politics, communications, administrative support and fundraising. Most of her professional experience has been with Cook Children’s, a large nonprofit children’s hospital in Fort Worth.

While at Cook Children’s, Haylie worked mostly with corporations and university student organizations to further advance the fundraising efforts of the children’s hospital. Haylie coordinated efforts between TCU, and Cook Children’s during the conception of a fundraising event, Dance Marathon. The Marathon grew from an event that raised $12,500 in its first year, to one that raised over $90,000 in its third year. She also served as the liaison between the hospital and a local fast food restaurant whose support for Cook Children’s grew 47% in one year. She has a heart for nonprofits and can think of no better place to spend her career.

Haylie joined The Numad Group in September of 2017 after moving to the Black Hills with her new husband and spoiled dog, Pearl. She loves her new home base and is excited for the opportunity to get involved in the community and learn more about the people and culture. She is thrilled to be a part of this team that brings good people together to do good things.

On the weekends, she can be found outside exploring the Black Hills, cooking or baking up a storm or sampling the fare at one of the local breweries with friends.

Haylie is incredibly relationship driven and cannot wait to get to know more Rapid City locals. Come by any time for a cup of coffee with her and to check out the space!
