Consultant
(she/her)
Brigit joined the Numad Group as a consultant in 2026 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Her experience spans nonprofit leadership, capacity building, and fundraising strategy with expertise in program development and evaluation, grant management, and partnership development. She has stewarded multi-million dollar revenue, developed and delivered training and technical assistance, and strengthened organizations’ ability to navigate complex funding and operational systems.
Prior to joining Numad, Brigit’s work was focused primarily on disability advocacy and human services. She has held leadership roles within statewide and national organizations and initiatives. Brigit holds a master’s in nonprofit leadership and management from Arizona State University, with additional training and certificates in fundraising leadership, financial sustainability, nonprofit operations, and program impact through The Fundraising School at the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. She also serves on the board of Hope Community Resources, an Alaska-based nonprofit advancing community inclusion and self-determination for people with disabilities and their families.
Brigit splits her time between Alaska and her home state of Minnesota. Outside of work, she enjoys rainy days, photography, getting lost in a great book, and immersing herself in the cultures of new places.
